How materials and travel work
Travel: All prices include travel within the Auckland metro area. No call-out fee on top.
Materials supplied by us: charged at cost + 20% handling fee. We’ll always get your approval on materials cost before purchasing.
Materials supplied by you: no problem at all — just let us know in advance.
Payment terms: Payment due upon completion of work. Any additional charges will be discussed and approved before we continue.
Why a job might cost more than the fixed price: Fixed-price jobs cover standard installation only. Additional labour may be required for hidden damage, structural issues, non-standard installations, customer-requested changes, or missing/incorrect materials. We’ll always tell you before we start the extra work.

Why do you publish your prices?
What if my job is bigger or smaller than the fixed price?
Fixed prices cover standard installations. If your job needs more time — for example, because of hidden damage, structural issues, or non-standard fittings — we'll always tell you what the extra cost is and get your approval before we continue. No surprise invoices, ever.
Do prices include GST?
All prices shown include GST.
What if I need a job done outside the Bays?
Our focus is the East Coast Bays. We do take jobs across the wider North Shore on a case-by-case basis, but a small travel fee may apply. Get in touch and we'll let you know.
Do you charge a call-out fee for quotes?
No. Quotes are free within our normal service area.
What if I’m not sure which service I need?
No problem. Tell us what’s going on at your place, and we’ll recommend the best option and give you clear pricing before we book anything in.
